The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the portal: • Providing false or misleading information in any request or form • Using the portal for any purpose that violates applicable laws • Attempting to access other users' accounts • Uploading content that is harmful, exploitative, or infringes on the rights of others • Using automated software or bots to access the portal • Attempting to damage, overload, or disrupt the portal system • Submitting false complaints or requests • Any activity that violates local, national, or international law Violations of these policies may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account, and legal action may be pursued.

Some barangay services carry a fee. You agree that: • Fees are set by the barangay and may change with prior notice • Payments made through the portal are processed by authorized payment providers • Payments are non-refundable unless the error is on the barangay's part • A payment receipt will be provided within the portal after a successful transaction For fee-related inquiries, please contact the barangay hall during office hours.

Barangay Pasong Kawayan II shall not be liable for: • Any delays, disruptions, or failures of the portal caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, internet outage, etc.) • Losses or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user • Third-party actions related to your use of the portal • Any temporary unavailability of the portal for maintenance or upgrades We make every reasonable effort to keep the portal available and functional 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

All content on this portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Barangay Pasong Kawayan II unless otherwise stated. Official documents and certificates issued by the barangay may only be used for their intended official purposes and not for commercial use. You may not copy, sell, or distribute any portal content without the written permission of the barangay.

Barangay Pasong Kawayan II reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the portal.
